Deliveries by truck

For deliveries by truck we charge a portion of the freight costs.

Self-collection

We can only load trucks that fully comply with the legal requirements for securing freight. Please make sure that the loading area of your truck (length + width) conforms with these regulations when you pick up consignments, and that it is also possible to fasten the goods (belts and fastening devices). We regret that we will not be in a position to load goods on to trucks that do not meet these requirements. Thank you for your cooperation!

Packing

Provided no other arrangements are made, the tubes are conventional bundled with wire or steel strip. In order to avoid transport damages on thin walled tubes, these are packed (wooden laths, strow ropes or wooden crates). Packing is charged at cost. For piston rods packing is necessary.

Transport damages

We guarantee for orderly conditions of goods only till they leave our stock. Any reservation concerning external perceptible defect must be explained, expressed and proved. A general reservationsstamp is not enough to assert the claims. Please detain the transport damages at the moment of taking over.
